2020 gave us the collective insight into what isn't working for us anymore - especially around work and career norms. I began to consider how I could meet this opportunity for myself. My passions intersect at research, learning and sharing information to empower us all. I'm lucky to have had so many volunteer opportunities to do this in the past. Now, I want to broaden my scope and work with others to solve difficult projects and move career dreams forward.
I have been lucky to have had a lifetime of good mentors and supportive managers, access to corporate training sessions, recovery and wellbeing experience and now insights into the esoteric arts and sciences. The knowledge I have obtained through both privilege and tenacity needs to be shared with those who may not have had access to it before. When I connect the knowledge dots, I find wisdom and I feel a responsibility to share it to help others connect their dots, rethink their journey, and find joy in their lives.
